"Attended a baby shower there recently, and was very impressed. The place is not fancy, but it’s in a very serene, setting surrounded by homes and looking out on the pond. They allowed you to bring your own food and there was a bar. The drinks were extremely cheap and the bartender was very friendly. They have a table set up at the entrance with an empty chair in honor of our veterans. We never made it home. There is a locked container outside where you can drop your American flag off to be retired with honor. There is a members lounge downstairs, as well as a beautiful stone patio looking over the pond. We all had a wonderful time and I recommend this place if you have a gathering that doesn’t require anything too fancy. There is parking available on the adjacent streets. I took my five month old granddaughter onto the patio to look at all the geese, swans, and ducks swimming. She loved it."
